Founded in Calabro in 1970, the firm “Gelateria Corallini”, was able to evolve in passing years by becoming, from a simple summer hangout, a sheer established centre for the production and tasting of the famous “Tartufo di Pizzo” and other artisan specialities of the traditional ice-cream parlour from Pizzo.
We’ve been innovating and renovating from three generations the knowledge of Masters Gelatieri by proudly using, today as ever, only healthy and genuine products (milk, sugar and eggs) which fully reflect the value and taste of the sheer artisanal ice-cream. The Corallini ice-cream is a timeless classic transforming the rite of dessert into a pleasant daily routine. Always in search of excellence,  Gerolamo Corallini (known as Gigi) has witnessed a business philosophy respecting with passion the traditional methods and times of working, that is a sheer simple art made of a caring selection of the finest quality and accurate manufacturing, of skilful family secrets which only the real bond father and son gives a new lease on life and helps grow in time.

The Corallini Sweet Catering was born to continue the family art, almost half a century old, and the tradition of a small sea village, Pizzo di Calabria, renowned home of the ice-cream for the high level of quality and originality achieved from its Masters-Gelatieri.
